Seven bookings posted from the Burnett County roster, October 11–14

Our Burnett County page posted seven new bookings from the county roster over October 11–14. Dakota R Mulroy, 32, was booked October 11 on a warrant offense, and Ryan D Richardson, 42, was booked the same day on a probation violation, a domestic abuse enhancer, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, and felony bail jumping. Kenneth J Soens, 41, was booked October 12 on a charge of operating without a valid license (third within three years). Booked October 13: Mark W Higgins Jr, 36, on contempt of court (punitive sanction); Jacob D Hooverson, 31, on possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription, and possession of methamphetamine; and Randy T Bedell, 48, on two counts of failure to appear and felony bail jumping. Aaron G Benjamin, 41, was booked October 14 on a probation violation.

All charges are allegations. Every person named is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
